Rape Crisis of the Southern Tier provides comprehensive, direct services to any individual, family, school, business, organization, and community affected by sexual violence in Chemung, Schuyler, Steuben, and Tompkins counties. By raising community awareness, providing education and promoting volunteerism, RCST works to improve community response to sexual violence.
